As a family-owned, small-batch roaster, INW Coffee is committed to providing the highest quality coffee and merchandise. Please review our policy below to understand our approach to returns and refunds.
Coffee Policy
Our roasted coffee is a perishable item and therefore not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at inwcoffeeco@gmail.com. We'll do our best to address and resolve your concerns.
Merchandise Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns on all merchandise items under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at inwcoffeeco@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (roasted coffee only)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Sale Items and Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
