At INW Coffee, we believe great coffee should feel like home. Proudly rooted in Post Falls, Idaho, we’re a small, family-owned roasting company that’s been perfecting our craft since 2011. What started as a simple love for good beans and better mornings has grown into a full-blown passion for sharing incredible coffee with our Inland Northwest neighbors and beyond.

We specialize in air-roasting ultra-specialty grade coffees from all over the world. Why air roast? Because it gives every bean room to breathe. The result is a smoother, cleaner taste that lets the true character of the coffee shine through; no bitterness, no harsh edges, just pure flavor.

Over the years, we’ve built relationships with farmers and cooperatives who care as much about quality as we do. From bright, fruity African coffees to rich, chocolatey Latin American beans, every batch we roast is treated with the same level of care and curiosity that got us started in the first place.
